A few weeks ago we’ve shared you a Cafe Racer story from Klassik Kustoms as well, and today we bring you their Honda CB250 Cafe Racer story. A 1974 CB250k with a 1972 CB350K engine that is!

It was the first bike of a friend of the guys and was in a really bad shape when they got it. The engine was not running (bad piston rings), but at the same time they found an old cb350k dirttracker (a real one without brakes!) and decided to make 1 out of 2.
Every year in Germany there is a Cafe Racer event with 1/8 mile dragracing called Glemseck 101, so had to be finished before that!
So, what is done to the bike?
Mikuni vm30 carbs with K&N filters + ’72 CB350K engine + a handmade 2 in1 exhaust system.
It was also lowered 5cm and got a handmade CMC fork stem with a CB360g fork and motogadget speedo.
There were also a pair of Fehling clipons mounted on this CB250 Cafe Racer.
The CB250 or CB350… what shall be call it… got a bigger sprocket for dragracing and a Firestone tire in the back.
The frame was shortened and received a mini Cafe Racer Seat, Tarozzi rearsets, A scrambler headlight, Led indicators and taillight.
As you can tell, many handmade parts went into this CB250 Cafe Racer.
